Onion Lake police seek suspect in gun incident

Two people in are in custody and police are seeking a third after a gun incident in northwestern Saskatchewan.

According to RCMP, a gun was pointed at a male on the Onion Lake Cree Nation north of Lloydminster. Police were called at approximately 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21. A man and a woman were both arrested.

A third person is being sought by police. He’s identified as Gary Dillon Jr., 22, of Onion Lake. RCMP said he’s considered armed and dangerous and not to be approached.

They ask anyone with information on where Dillon might be to contact the Onion Lake detachment, or they can make an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
