Pronghorn found shot and left near Wilkie

Conservation officers are investigating after two pronghorn were found shot and left to waste near Wilkie and a reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest or conviction.

North Battleford-area conservation officers say they received information on the afternoon of May 31 that the two animals had been found dead. Investigators believe the pronghorn were shot sometime between May 30 and May 31.
Anyone with information is asked to call Saskatchewan’s Turn In Poachers and Polluters line at 1-800-667-7561. Calls are not traced or recorded, and tipsters can remain anonymous, officials said.
