I Can Games highlight Special Olympics Saskatchewan opportunities in Turtleford
Approximately 200 students from Turtleford and surrounding schools will take part in the 2026 I Can Games in Turtleford, according to a Special Olympics Saskatchewan press release.
The event is scheduled for June 3 at the Turtleford Community Centre and is supported by Special Olympics Saskatchewan. Organizers said the day is intended to introduce students to Special Olympics programming through adapted physical activity and inclusive participation.
The event will begin with opening ceremonies and a parade of athletes at 10 a.m., followed by a series of activity stations.
Students will take part alongside peers, educators and volunteers, earning stamps in “I Can Passports” and receiving medals recognizing participation.
