Yorkton sits in fourth place in the league on home ice with a 3-2 record, while the North Stars 2-2 road record is fourth in the SJHL.

Whoever wins on Saturday will take the 3-2 series lead and get within one win of a trip to the Canterra Seeds Cup finals.
