Rapid Standard Barrel Race

Last year the team behind The RAPID Standard Barrel Race hosted a barrel race on land at Lakeside Acres just South of Cochin.

We are also on par to become Saskatchewan’s Richest (Barrel) Race this fall (September 12).

We welcomed competitors from over 50,000 collective km travelled and really drew the Prairie’s together like a magnet!

We have added 50 more spots to our limited entries as we sold out the same day in our first year at 150.

We also run a World Professional Rodeo Association standard pattern at our event which is unique and special in our sport in Saskatchewan and received National Incentive status from the Canadian Barrel Horse Incentive program in just our 2nd year!

Things are really rolling for this and we are working extremely hard to raise the standard for how events like this support the sponsors who make these pieces possible. Our event isn’t just about the competitors- it is about the sponsors and the volunteers.

We actually call our sponsors community creators and have branded them as the memory-makers and relationship-builders that they are.
