Cocaine seized, woman charged after RCMP search in Unity

RCMP have charged a woman after seizing cocaine during a search at a home in Unity last week.
Police say officers executed a search warrant on Oct. 30 as part of an ongoing investigation and found about 18 grams of cocaine divided into small bags, along with cash and other drug-trafficking paraphernalia.
An adult woman was arrested at the scene and later charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
She is scheduled to appear in Unity’s court next year on Jan. 19.
