RCMP arrest wanted man from Île-à-la-Crosse

Andrew Aubichon was arrested in Green Lake on July 13. He will appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court July 14.

Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP are asking the public to keep an eye out for a wanted 27-year-old man.

Andrew Aubichon is wanted on a warrant by Mounties in Île-à-la-Crosse in connection to an investigation earlier this month. He is facing charges including sexual assault, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, assault by choking and assault causing bodily harm.

Aubichon is described as standing 6’1” and 250 lbs with short black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right arm, although no descriptions of them were given.

He may also be travelling in a black Toyota RAV4 SUV. No license plate was given. He is known to travel to the Île-à-la-Crosse, Green Lake, and Saskatoon areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

If spotted, do not approach him and instead call police at 310-RCMP (7267), or Crime Stoppers.
