RCMP searching for suspects in Synergy Credit Union break-in and theft
Officers are asking for the public’s help identifying suspects involved in a break-and-enter and theft at the Synergy Credit Union in Neilburg.
According to police, two men were spotted at the bank on Jan. 23 around midnight. One suspect wore a green jacket, blue jeans, brown shoes, a black hoodie with a red-brimmed hat, and a face mask. The second suspect was seen wearing a dark plaid jacket, black pants, light brown boots, a black hoodie, and a face mask.
Two days later, on the night of Jan. 25 and into the early morning, the bank was broken into, and the ATM was damaged. The suspects fled with an amount of cash.
During the break-in, the first suspect was wearing black coveralls, a green camo hood, and a black face covering, while the second suspect was dressed in blue jeans, a black puffy winter jacket with a hood, gray gloves, and a black face covering.
