Drivers are advised to check the weather conditions before venturing out as there are some areas near the Battlefords and Meadow Lake that are facing poor road conditions.
According to the latest update from Highway Hotline, roads in the North Battleford area are now partly covered with slush and ice. Roads in the Meadow Lake area are described as partly covered with ice. There’s also loose snow and snow packed sections.
Highways in the Dorintosh and La Loche areas are covered, and there’s icy and snow packed sections.
