Massive snow shark lands on Prince Albert family’s yard
A Prince Albert family is swimming in festive spirit.
Using ice and now, Steven Fraser and his three young daughters carved a massive shark sculpture, which now sits prominently outside their house on Lacroix Cres. Fraser revealed to paNOW the family had done something similar several years ago when they lived at La Ronge.
“My daughters always wanted to build another one so we got a big patch of snow and we knew exactly what to do with it,” he said.
This jaw dropping endeavor started after the big snow storm two weeks ago and Fraser acknowledged it’s been quite the process compacting all the snow. Most of the carving was done after he comes home from work at Sask Polytech. And while the entire shark appears to be 10 to 15 feet long, Fraser wasn’t actually sure how big it is.
