Wintery conditions heading to Meadow Lake and Lloydminster

It’s begun. The weather is taking a turn for the worse in parts of Saskatchewan. Highway Hotline has issued warnings for those in the Lloydminster and Meadow Lake areas.
In Lloydminster, surfaces are partly covered and slush while Meadow Lake has a mix of partly covered, ice, slush and loose and swirling Snow.
For Meadow Lake area drivers, the snow and at times freezing drizzle will last until about 8:00 am on Friday.
In Lloydminster, the snow will continue this evening with temperatures remaining around zero.
