Battlefords RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating two missing 16-year-old girls.
Shanice Chamakese and Shyla Tootoosis were last seen at around 10:15 p.m. Saturday on Railway Avenue East in North Battleford.
Shanice is described as approximately 5’3” tall and 120 lbs. with brown eyes and medium-length brown and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black dress, a brown sweater, and white shoes.
Shyla is described as approximately 5’5” tall and 130 lbs. She has brown eyes and medium-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and a brown ribbon skirt.
Police believe that the two may have traveled together to the Mosquito, Grizzly Bear’s Head, Lean Man First Nation area, but their current whereabouts are unknown.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
