Drivers attempting to navigate the area of 19th Street and 14 Avenue will need to take a detour.
A heavy police presence in the area has led to the street being blocked to passing traffic and between six and seven RCMP vehicles are on the scene.
One photos shared to social media shows an ambulance at the scene.
