Senior killed in collision near Denholm

A two-vehicle collision north of Denholm claimed the life of a 67-year-old man from Battlefords.

Early Wednesday morning, RCMP, Battlefords Fire and EMS were all called to the collision between a pickup and a car on Highway 687.

The driver of the car, who was alone in the vehicle, was declared dead by EMS at the scene.

The driver of the truck was taken to hospital with injuries described as non-life threatening.
