Man faces aggravated assault charges following fight outside of restaurant

One man has been seriously injured following an assault outside of a North Battleford Restaurant on Sat., May 11.
The fight broke out between two men and the suspect, who has since been charged with one count of aggravated assault, originally fled from the scene before being caught and arrested.
The man is scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 13.
