Prince Albert’s Rebecca Strong is one step closer to winning this season of Canada’s Got Talent.

The local songstress was named to the finale following Tuesday night’s performance on the big stage.

Strong sang Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License” with judge Howie Mandel stating, “Your performance tonight was a dream come true.”

Strong joined her family and friends for a viewing party at the Prince Albert Wildlife Federation on Tuesday night.

“Thank you, my beautiful people, I appreciate every single one of you. Marsi,” Strong said on her Facebook show following the show.

Strong joins five other performers who advanced to the finale with four other acts waiting for the results of a public vote to see if they will move on.

The winner of Canada’s Got Talent’s Million Dollar Season receives a life-changing prize of $1 million – the biggest cash prize in Canadian television history.

Strong already received $25,000 from CIBC after getting the Golden Buzzer from judge Lily Singh.

The Grand Finale for Canada’s Got Talent is on May 14 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Citytv.
