Maidstone RCMP searching for missing Onion Lake man

UPDATE: On Thursday, RCMP issued a plea for any dashcam footage from the Alcurve area on the morning of April 10.

Maidstone RCMP have turned to the public for help in locating a 28-year-old man from Onion Lake.

Serayne Kematch was last seen on Wednesday morning in the area of Highway #3 near Alcurve in the RM of Britannia. Police were told he was walking back to Onion Lake through the rural area.

Kematch is described as being 5’9” tall, 170 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his forearm and it’s unknown what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

Police are actively searching the area where he was last seen and are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact RCMP at 310-RCMP (7267) or 911 in an emergency.
