North Stars go for sixth straight in night two vs Weyburn

Coming off a thrilling 4-3 shootout victory to open their weekend back-to-back with the Weyburn Red Wings, the Battlefords North Stars will welcome the Wings to the ACC again Saturday night, looking to extend their winning streak to six straight.

The North Stars enter play second in the Nutrien Division and fourth overall in the league standings with an 11-6-0-1 record.

Weyburn are first in the Viterra Division and fifth overall, sitting just three points back of the Battlefords while holding a pair of games in hand. The Red Wings have won four of their last six, with their lone two losses coming at the hands of the North Stars.

The NAPA Auto Parts North Stars Hockey Broadcast will be available Saturday on 93.3 Beach Radio. The Ultra Print Pregame Show will begin slightly later than usual at 7:15 p.m. with puck drop at 7:30 p.m.
