The great pumpkin masquerade comes to WDM
A spooktacular happening this past weekend brought out boils and ghouls out with their families during the Great Pumpkin Masquerade.
The event was to help kick off the spirit of Halloween and the Western Development Museum (WDM) in North Battleford was on hand to give the youngsters a lift.
“We like to do a family event so that people have somewhere to bring their kids and it isn’t freezing outside,” said Heather O’Neill, programming and volunteer coordinator with the museum.
“They can play games and dance and get a pumpkin for their family.”
