RCMP charge two P.A. men in Montreal Lake homicide from 2022

RCMP have charged two people from Prince Albert in the death of a man on Montreal Lake Cree Nation last year.

On June 7, 2022, officers were called to a home in the community and found Chad Bird, 33, deceased. His death was determined to be a homicide.

Last Saturday RCMP arrested Julian Ganton, 37, and charged him with accessory after the fact to murder and driving while prohibited.

On Monday, Tristen Naytowhow, 26, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and possession of a firearm while prohibited.
