Holbein man charged after multiple firearms seized by RCMP

A 32-year-old man from Holbein is being charged as part of an illegal firearm investigation.
On Sept. 26, RCMP executed a search warrant on a residence in the community and ended up finding three long guns and a handgun with a loaded magazine.
The man was arrested and has since been charged with four counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm and one count of unlicensed possession of a restricted weapon.
Officers also found around 28 grams of crack cocaine and drug trafficking paraphernalia during their search. RCMP did not specify whether the man has been charged with drug trafficking.
