Update: Emergency crews cleared the area shortly before 5 p.m., reopening the street to traffic.
Battlefords residents driving the city streets Monday afternoon may have noticed a gathering of emergency vehicles at the corner of 103rd Street and 11th Avenue.
The City of North Battleford Fire Department responded to a structure fire there, leading to a temporary partial closure of 103rd Street this afternoon.
At this time, no injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire, along with the extent of the damage, has yet to be determined.
