UPDATED: Battlefords RCMP asking for assistance in finding missing youth

UPDATE: Battlefords RCMP have confirmed that Deron Ahenakew has been located safe.

Battlefords RCMP is turning to the public for help in locating a missing youth from the Sweetgrass First Nation.

Deron Ahenakew was last seen on Saturday at around 9:00 p.m. and is described as being about 4’6” and 90 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and it is unknown what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
