SUV rollover in North Battleford collision

First responders were on the scene following a collision in North Battleford Wednesday afternoon.

It appeared the SUV hit a fence and collided with a tree on 15 Avenue near 104 Street.

The section of street was cordoned off to traffic after the incident.

One area resident said she heard the collision from inside her home at about 4:15 p.m.

Melissa Schartner said the car could have almost landed in her house if it was any closer, as it was so near to the property.

“I heard a big crash. It scared me so bad,” she said.
