Man facing charge connected to Battleford attack back in court
The case for a man facing a charge in connection with an attack caught on video in Battleford was back at North Battleford provincial court Thursday.
Adam Lesmeister, 46, of Battleford, was originally facing a charge of assault in the July 17 incident. The charge has now been upgraded to assault causing bodily harm.
His case was adjourned to Nov. 3 at 10 a.m. for a plea.
A second accused in the matter, Dane Lesmeister, 19, is facing a charge of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. His case is due back in court on Nov. 14.
