COVID levels considered large in P.A. and North Battleford: study
COVID levels are much higher in Prince Albert and Saskatoon than they were for the past few months.
According to researchers at the University of Saskatchewan, who continue to study wastewater in the communities, each saw a sizeable increase from the previous week.
The current levels in Prince Albert are more than double what the city averaged over the past 10 weeks. Because of this, the researchers state the current viral load is large.
Saskatoon is in a similar boat as the city’s current levels are nearly double what they were averaging over the last two and a half months. Just like P.A., the current levels are considered high by the U of S researchers.
