Four people charged in firearm seizure
Pinehouse RCMP have arrested four individuals after finding an illegal firearm in their vehicle.
Police first received a suspicious vehicle report on the evening of May 21. They later found it, out of gas, on Highway 914. Officers found an illegally-modified, prohibited firearm in the vehicle and seized it, while one of the four occupants ran into the bush. Police Dog Services assisted in the arrest of the suspect.

This includes unsafe storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm knowing it’s unauthorized.
Belly is also charged with two counts of failing to comply with release order condition and was arrested on warrants from Ile a la Crosse and Turtleford RCMP. Kiseyinewakup is also charged with four counts of failing to comply with release order conditions, arrested on a warrant from St. Albert RCMP in Alberta.
