Renovations closing some services at Battlefords Union Hospital

The operating room and medical device processing at the Battlefords Union Hospital are closed for a week.
Renovations underway at the facility will keep the rooms unavailable today until Feb. 11, when construction is expected to finish. All patients requiring or potentially needing unscheduled surgery may be referred to alternate sites where surgical services are available during this period.
Those travelling by ambulance as an emergency with potential surgical need may also be routed to other sites.
