The cause of the fire will be investigated by a provincial fire investigator with the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency, while the Saskatchewan RCMP and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service will investigate the two deaths.

There will continue to be an increased presence of emergency responders in the area for the next several days as a result.
