City approves land sale for townhouse development

The City of North Battleford has given the green light to a land sale on Buhler Avenue.

Council recently approved an offer from Do-All Holdings Ltd. to purchase two lots, at 2421 and 2422 Buhler Avenue, for a total price of $385,000.

The company plans to develop townhouses at both properties in the future.

“Council has recommended from the committee meeting that we go forward with the purchase,” City Director of Corporate Services Jennifer Niesink said of the request.

She added the sale is consistent with the city’s land sale policies.
