Council approved the private buyer’s offer to purchase the lot for $429,200. The purchase is subject to conditions, as outlined in the City of North Battleford’s purchasing policy.

The city could not provide any further information about the purchase at this time as the details are still being finalized.

The city said the private buyer would be disclosing their identity publicly by Oct. 13, 2021.
