North Battleford woman charged for drugs, driving offences
Following a single vehicle collision on Railway Avenue East in North Battleford Monday evening, Battlefords RCMP arrested and charged a 22-year-old female with multiple criminal offences, including drug possession.
Police were called to the scene after the female driver had driven into a pole at an intersection. During the arrest, police found methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana and cash in the vehicle. Sgt. Neil Tremblay said the detachment was happy to remove the seized drugs from the community.
Cher Spyglass of North Battleford is charged with dangerous driving, possession of stolen property and three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. She appeared in provincial court Wednesday morning.
