Vehicle theft, bear mace incident in North Battleford

Battlefords RCMP is investigating an incident on June 27 in North Battleford where a man was sprayed with bear mace and his vehicle was stolen.

According to the media release from the RCMP, the initial investigation showed three females and one male were inside of a vehicle, when the male suspect sprayed the male victim with bear mace. The man was then pushed out of his SUV and the females left with the stolen vehicle.

It’s is described as a black 2012 Ford Escape, with a Saskatchewan licence plate of 446-MGC. It also has the company name on the side displayed as Do-All Holdings. The investigation is ongoing.

Police are warning the public not to approach this vehicle, as the occupants may have other weapons, and instead call 911. Anyone with any other information related to this incident can call 310-RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
