Two men arrested for break and enter in RM of Corman Park

Two men from Prince Albert and the Battlefords were arrested yesterday by Martensville RCMP after a break and enter in the RM of Corman Park.

According to a media release, on May 3 after 3 a.m. multiple police attended the scene including members of the Warman and Martensville RCMP, Corman Park Police and Saskatoon Police Service Air One support.

Two vehicles were seen leaving the property by police and were later found. Two men were arrested without incident. One of the vehicles was a motor home which was reported stolen a week earlier. The driver was arrested on Highway 16 by Corman Park Police.

Christopher Hayden, 42, from Prince Albert was charged with one count of theft under 5,000, one count of mischief under 5,000, and one count of possession of break-in instruments. He will appear in Saskatoon provincial court on May 4.

Dean Spokes, 52, from Battlefords is being charged with one count of theft under $5,000, one count of mischief under 5,000, one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of make/sell/possess instruments for making a forged document. He will also appear in Saskatoon Provincial count on May 4.
