Update: RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating the two male suspects that robbed the St. Walburg Inn. Photos from the facility show the pair in dark clothing and one wearing what might be a red mask. They headed North on a grid road following the incident.*

RCMP are pursuing two male suspects who participated in an armed robbery in St. Walburg on March 15.

Turtleford RCMP responded a call at 11:00 p.m. Monday evening regarding an armed robbery at the St. Walburg Inn. Two younger First Nations males entered the bar and pointed a small handgun at the bartender before taking off with an unknown amount of cash.

The two males were dressed in black, while one had a grey hood and jeans. They took off in a black Ford F150 Fx4, between the year of 2010-2016. The truck had an Fx4 sticker on the box, with a trifold tonneau cover and black rims.

Communication is ongoing between RCMP detachments in the investigation.

Anyone with any information related to this incident, or who suspect a vehicle fits the description of the suspects vehicle, are asked to call 310-RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
