Preliminary hearing set for accused in Todd Stone homicide investigation

A preliminary hearing has now been set for the accused in the Todd Levi Stone homicide investigation.

Michael Jordan White, also known as Michael Jordan Frank, 33, who remains in custody, is facing a charge of second-degree murder in the case.

The preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 12 to 16, 2021 in North Battleford provincial court.

During the preliminary inquiry the judge will determine if there is sufficient evidence for trial.

According to the RCMP, Todd Levi Stone, 38, was found unconscious in a home on the 800 block of 110 Street in North Battleford on May 12. He was transported to hospital in Saskatoon for further medical treatment and declared deceased on May 13.

The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.
