Battlefords RCMP investigators are asking the public for assistance in locating Saskatoon male Stephen Lee Moosomin, who is wanted on multiple charges.

The 35-year-old was involved in a break-and-enter at a residence in June 2019 and was arrested in relation to the investigation in January. He was subsequently released with conditions and was scheduled to appear in court in February, but failed to do so. Police have had a warrant out for his arrest since.

Moosomin is described as being approximately 5-9, weighing approximately 265 pounds, with short, brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a cross on his left arm and a tattoo of a head dress on his right arm.

Moosomin’s warrant for his arrest is for multiple charges including: break-and-enter, forcible confinement, possession or property obtained by crime, uttering threats, theft under $5,000 and failure to appear in court.

He is known to frequent Mosquito First Nation and North Battleford. Any residents who see Moosomin are not to approach him and instead call local police immediately. Those who may have information regarding his whereabouts are asked to contact Battlefords RCMP Detachment, their local police service or Crime Stoppers.
