Living Sky School Division has released a statement, saying an individual from McKitrick Community School in North Battleford was diagnosed with COVID-19.
The division is working with the public and staff to ensure clear communication and necessary measures are underway. Public Health has been contacting those who could have been in close contact, while the school will undergo a deep sanitization. At this time, the school remains open.
Further information on protocols regarding COVID-19 can visit the government’s website. To protect the privacy of the individual, LSSD said they are not sharing any further details at this time.
