On Friday morning members of the Battleford Fire Department responded to a large fire at a property several kilometres south of the town.
The fire was contained to the building, as crews were able to stop the blaze from spreading to the field surrounding the immediate area.
At this time of publication, crews have not found anything in the wreckage, nor what started the fire, but are still looking as the flames start to wind down. RCMP are in the process of identifying who owns the property, which is possibly abandoned.
