A case of COVID-19 has been confirmed “in an individual in Bready Elementary School” in North Battleford, the Living Sky School Division said in a statement Saturday.
The statement did not detail whether the individual that tested positive for COVID-19 was a student, teacher, or staff member.
“We wish the member of the LSSD family a speedy recovery. To protect the privacy of the individual, no further details are being shared at this time,” it read.
Public health has been communicating with anyone who may have been in close contact with the case.
