Voters in the Lloydminster riding will have a chance this evening to hear from those vying to become their representative.

The Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce is hosting an all candidates forum for the 2020 Saskatchewan Provincial Election this evening, which will be held virtually due to COVID-19 precautions. While residents cannot attend the forum in person, they will have the opportunity to have their questions read and answered, in addition to seeing the responses from the candidates online. Questions can be submitted via email or a survey link.

The Saskatchewan Party’s Colleen Young is the incumbent, originally elected in the 2014 byelection. The challengers are the NDP’s Colleen Morrell Henning, the Green Party’s Audra Kish and the Buffalo Party’s Steve Gessner.

The forum is scheduled to begin at 6:30 and can be streamed online at the Lloydminster Chamber’s website and Facebook page, as well as other social media sites.
