A man has been arrested without incident outside a residence on Mosquito First Nation by the RCMP Emergency Response Team.
Police in North Battleford received a report Thursday afternoon that a man allegedly uttering threats had a firearm and were soon on scene.
RCMP said Thursday evening there could be continued officer presence in the community while further investigation is completed.
In a media release, RCMP thanked the Mosquito First Nation community for their patience and cooperation during the incident. They said further information about this investigation will be provided soon.
