RCMP seek information after alleged armed robbery in Cochin area

The RCMP are asking for the public’s help following an alleged armed robbery involving a hatchet in the Cochin area Monday afternoon.
According to the advisory, Battlefords RCMP received a report a Black Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab was taken following a confrontation between the truck’s owner and a male suspect on July 13 at 1:30 p.m.
Police reported the suspect was armed with a hatchet at the time of the incident.
If anyone sees the vehicle they are asked not to approach it, and to instead call the nearest RCMP detachment.
