Lloydminster man and group of friends win $100K in Lotto Max Extra draw

It was an exciting day for a Lloydminster man and his group of friends when they found out they won $100,000 in the Lotto Max Extra Draw.

Saskatchewan Lotteries announced this week Anthony Zeiser who purchased the Lotto Max subscription received a call from Western Canada Lottery Corporation with the good news.

“Well, I was surprised,” he said in the media release.

Zeiser and friends Rodger Decker, Trent Turgeon, Leslie Mackenzie, Bengt Larsson, Gregory Nolin, Jonathan Teppin, Robert Groenen, Bruce Haas, Mark Wallis and Terrance Turgeon will share the hefty pot.

The group’s ticket matched the last six digits of the winning Extra number 6307804 in the April 21 draw.

This is the first time Zeiser enjoyed such a big win. While he is still deciding how to spend his share of the cash, he does have a couple of possibilities in mind.

“Maybe a vacation eventually, or I might buy a camper,” he said.
