New preliminary inquiry dates set for one accused in Jonson homicide
Preliminary inquiry dates were rescheduled for one of the two accused in the Mark Douglas Jonson homicide investigation.
The preliminary inquiry will determine if there is sufficient evidence for trial.
Nicolas Buck, 22, and David Keller, 47, each face a first-degree murder charge in Jonson’s homicide.
For Buck, the seven days that were previously set for February are now rescheduled to the end of April and beginning of May.
