Man stabbed while confronting thief stealing from vehicle in La Loche

Police in La Loche are looking for a suspect who stabbed another man when he was confronted while rumaging through a vehicle.
On Oct. 18 around 1 a.m., RCMP said a man caught another man stealing from the family vehicle at a home on Lemaigre St.
The man ran outside and was stabbed in the chest by the unknown male suspect. He was treated at hospital and released.
The suspect is described as being about 5’10” with a slim build and was wearing dark baggy pants, a plain dark hooded sweatshirt and a dark coloured ski mask.
