Oct 13, 2019 | 5:32 PM

Battlefords RCMP responded to two complaints of gunshots early Sunday morning.

According to a media release, at 5:15 a.m., officers were called to a complaint at a home on Seventh Ave. and 102 St. Nobody at the home was injured but police said the residents were uncooperative.

Soon after, the RCMP received another complaint about shots fired, this time at around 18 Ave. and 99 St., although nobody was home.

Police said a grey SUV was seen fleeing both locations but the shootings are not considered random.

The RCMP need help identifying those involved in the incident and the vehicle in question.

“The safety of the public in general is paramount in locating information that will further these investigations and lead to charges against the persons involved in these criminal activities,” they wrote in a media release.

Anyone with information is asked to come forward and contact wither the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
