One of two suspects facing a murder charge in the death of Mark Douglas Jonson is awaiting a bail supervision report.

Nicolas Buck, 22, appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court via closed-circuit-television Friday.

Jonson, 61, was found dead in a home on 15 Ave. and 100 St. on July 5.

Buck, who remains in custody, is facing 10 charges, including first-degree murder.

His case is adjourned until Oct. 29 at 11 a.m. while a bail supervision report is complete.

A bail hearing was held for the co-accused David Keller, 47, on Thursday at Court of Queen’s Bench in Battleford. Keller is charged with first-degree murder in Jonson’s death. A decision on his matter will be made in about a week.
