RCMP report four vehicle thefts in area since late August

RCMP in the Battlefords are turning to the public for help in locating four vehicles stolen since late August.

The first was taken on Aug. 28 from a home on the 200 block of 18 St. W in Battleford. A black 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ with Saskatchewan licence plate 122 JNS was taken between midnight and 8 a.m.

Another vehicle was taken from Battleford the next day. Police said a black 2017 Ford Escape was stolen from a home on the 100 block of 16 St. W between midnight and 6 a.m.

On Sept. 11, RCMP were called after a blue 2006 Mazda B4000 was stolen from a home on the Saulteaux First Nation near Cochin. It has the Saskatchewan licence plate 516 LHH. The vehicle was stolen between midnight and 8 a.m.

The following day, officers said they were called after a vehicle was taken on the 400 block of 33 St. W in Battleford. Officers said the black 2013 Nissan Altima with licence plate 758 LEA was taken between Aug. 28 and Sept. 11.

Police continue to investigate all of these crimes and ask anyone with information to contact police.
