Several arrested, stolen property recovered after RCMP execute warrant on 101 St.

Several people were arrested and loaded prohibited firearms, other weapons, crystal meth and a large amount of stolen property was recovered after officers executed a warrant Thursday night.

At 9:10 p.m., the Battlefords Municipal GIS Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at a home on the 1600 block of 101 St.

Charges are pending as the investigation remains ongoing.

RCMP said a majority of the stolen items were power tools. They ask anyone who may be able to specifically identify the property to come to the detachment with any supporting documentation that might help.

A press release said the investigation is complex and it will take time to sort out all of the aspects of the file.
